1. Shipping Locations
Worldwide Shipping:
We ship to almost every country around the globe. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Domestic Shipping (Netherlands):
Orders within the Netherlands are typically processed and delivered faster due to our local presence.
2. Processing Time
Order Processing:
- In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Custom or Pre-Order Items: Processing time for custom or pre-order items may vary. Please refer to the product description for details.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Netherlands:
- Standard Shipping with DHL: 1-3 business days.
Europe:
- Standard Shipping with DHL: 3-7 business days.
International (Outside Europe):
- Standard Shipping with DHL: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, holidays, and weather conditions.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €150 within the Netherlands and over €250 internationally.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International Orders:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
6. Packaging
We take great care in packaging our crystals and minerals to ensure they arrive safely. Each item is carefully wrapped and cushioned to protect it during transit. We strive to use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
